- The selection of the boundary for this ISA was initially an arbitrary decision. There is no relationship between this boundary and any real-world features. The location was based on the latitude/longitude coordinates of two topographic maps, and as such, the horizontal accuracy is considered to be absolute for the purposes of this data set.
